I’ve been carrying my camera around with me more. For lots of reasons. For inspiration. To capture life. To capture beauty in the every day. To get back into the habit of capturing what catches my eye.
This was for prompt for the class I’m currently taking. We have a beautiful park where we’re able to run as a family a couple of times a week. It’s become a pretty big part of our routine, and it was great to take the time to snap a few photos the last time we went!
I’m also flexing some long unused muscles for sketching. Isn’t it funny how we always have to fight our feelings of inadequacy? It doesn’t even matter what the final piece looks like – if you pushed yourself, that’s all that matters. Because that’s how you grow stronger.
In shop news:
I’m spring cleaning the shop and offering a discount code + discontinued items + price reductions on some items (must make room to freshen things up in the coming weeks!). Be sure that you’re signed up for the newsletter (going out today) to get first dibs on discounts and items! ^_^ I can’t believe the weekend is almost here!
