When I saw these pumpkin spice cinnamon rolls on pinterest, I knew they’d be on my list of “must tries” when this autumn. I’m a self-proclaimed “pumpkin all the things” person. Well, maybe not ALL the things. Pumpkin desserts have been a tradition in my family from childhood, so I do end up keeping a pretty good stash of pumpkin recipes for the Fall.
They were pretty good. We’ll be having them again, I’m sure! The recipe uses pillsbury crescent roll dough, so they were quick to make, too. I did find that when I baked them until they were “just golden brown” on top, the rolls in the center of the pan weren’t quite cooked through. Next time I’ll leave just a minute or two more. I also didn’t include the pumpkin pie spice in the cream cheese icing. Just me.
Overall and two thumbs up!
