Are you looking forward to getting all of those Christmas presents wrapped?!
I have a bit of a love-hate relationship when it comes to wrapping. While it can seem like a never ending task, I do enjoy finding simple ways to turn it into a fun and creative activity.
Below our ambassadors have some ideas to help you do just that. Check out these 4 easy ways to make your holiday wrapping fun AND special.
Stamped Kraft Wrapping
From Marie-Pierre of Pretty Please
What you’ll need:
- kraft paper
- Stazon ink
- holiday stamp
- tag
- backer’s twine
- spring of mistletoe
Instructions:
- Stamp holiday images on kraft paper with stazon ink.
- Wrap present with stamped kraft paper.
- Tie up package with baker’s twine and add tag.
- Tuck a spring of mistletoe under the twine.
Marie-Pierre says,
Don’t forget to stamp your paper before you wrap the gift, because stamping on a box doesn’t give a good impression.
Painted Polka Dot Wrapping
From Monisa Dobbins of Monisa J Photography
What you’ll need:
- Kraft Paper
- Paint (colors of your choice)
- Twine (optional)
- Scissors
- Wine Cork
Instructions:
- Simply dip one end of your wine cork in the paint.
- Press firmly onto the paper.
- Repeat with a variety of sizes and colors.
- Once dry, wrap your present.
- Then add the twine to give it a rustic holiday touch.
Monisa says,
You can use any objects to make fun shapes and designs, but for this project my object of choice is a wine cork! It’s really easy to make circles on the paper, and you can use both ends to get different sized circles. Be sure and let the kids get creative as they want! There are no wrong designs.

- ribbon
Instructions:
- Search out the perfect die cuts for your treat bag + tag, don;t forget to check your stash first!
- Cut and assemble treat bag.
- Add button or other accent to die cut tag.
- Attach tag and seal bag with ribbon tied in a bow.
Jen says,
Sometimes it’s fun to create a gift of the wrapping itself, in addition to the actual gift! I had fun putting this little snowflake treat bag together using my die-cutting machine and adding the simple touch of a single button. This would be perfect for housing a handmade ornament or to keep some handmade treats inside, ready for gift giving!
