I’m not a strict vegetarian. I really think of myself as eating a “mostly plant based diet.” Meaning, I don’t eat a lot of eggs, dairy or meat. It’s a personal decision that I made for my health, and my family has followed in my footsteps – voluntarily. I’ve spent several years in the food industry, so I love, love coming up with my own recipes, which I share here from time to time. I joke with my husband that my brain reads the word “recipe” as “suggestion of an idea”. According to him and our sons, most of these ideas come out tasting pretty good.
I do, however, sometimes need new ideas. Still being pretty new at the vegetarian thing, it’s helpful and fun to have a few places to look!
