Finally checking for a moment to share inspiration for the January OneLittleWord! I have loved working with the January JBS Mercanile kit so much, that I used it for my art journal page…
This week has been a bit crazy with lots of Dr’s visits, so my schedule hasn’t been flowing very smoothly. I really am truly grateful, though – because they’ve been able to find answers to some problems we’ve been dealing with, so it’s totally worth it!
I found out from my dr this week that my B12 levels are SUPER low. And that’s why I’ve been so exhausted, anxious, blue, and scatterbrained. She has put me on a supplement and in just two days, I’ve seen a huge turn around! Yay! The feelings I was having were literally due to a lack of the vitamin B12 in my body. My thoughts are clearer, I’m way more focused, and almost immediately I felt the anxiety leave my mind and body. It was such a relief to know there was a reason I had been experiencing those things. And that it is easily fixable. So anyone that’s been skipping out on those regular checkups with your doctor because you’re a busy mommy? DON’T. I’m still dealing with tiredness, but I already have lots more energy than I did before.
I was actually responsible for this month’s word inspiration, and I hope you take just a minute to read what I put together – I love the idea of aspiring being connected to the word “soar”, and you can read more of my thoughts about it on the blog! And if you’re inspired to put something together, be sure to link up your project so that we can comment and share!
I have so much blogging to catch up on, and can’t wait to share all that’s been going on. I’m trying to be patient with myself as I understand there’s a real reason for feeling so tired (instead of just not being able to push myself more), and it’s ok to rest while I rebuild the things my body needs.
Have a lovely weekend!
